As a strategic sourcing specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic crew responsible for the strategic sourcing of Professional Services for arenaflex, building relationships with key executives, advising on marketplace engagement, and leading deal negotiations. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sourcing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing costs and contractual preparations through aggressive bids and agreement negotiations. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and develop relationships with key suppliers to ensure the best possible outcomes for arenaflex. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Participating and leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders * Evaluating providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria * Developing and leading RFI/RFP procedures for professional services according to arenaflex policies and procedures * Analyzing bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value * Preparing and executing clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology * Preparing and executing contracts, as well as performing post-award administration * Understanding and supporting the development and execution of performance control applications with suppliers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost * Ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices * Communicating and documenting the reputation of any significant external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making * Analyzing market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external providers or pricing * Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on current industry best practices * Demonstrating exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances * Showing expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of professional services sourcing experience * Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels * Strong strategic agility * Strong analytical skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong negotiation skills * Ability to collaborate in a team environment * Internal client awareness * Ability/choice to work in various environments * Ability to handle ambiguity * Knowledge of: + Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms & conditions + Entertainment industry trends and conditions + Proven expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on subjects regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services * Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus * Consulting/Advisory history is a plus **Education** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field **What We Offer** As a member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive salary: $25 to $30 per hour * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on current industry best practices * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and develop your skills and expertise **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced strategic sourcing professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
