Job Summary Blithequark is seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Job Details Employment Type: Full-time Work Hours: 8 hours Salary: $26/hour Location: Remote (Atlanta, USA) Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC). Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, and presentations. Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale. Drive process improvement through data analysis, visualization, and business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive progress. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: Four-year certification or equivalent experience. Program Management Experience: 3 years of experience with program management. Cross-Functional Project Experience: 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects. Financial Modeling and Analysis: Experience with financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and managing databases with SQL. Preferred Qualifications Large-Scale Project Experience: 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. Technical Program Management Experience: 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles. Collaboration and Communication: Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within and across teams to drive impact and work toward shared goals. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical, data perception, and decisive reasoning skills.
