KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Be an amazing problem-solver and provide expert customer experiences with a smile Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Offer additional products and/or services to customers YOUR QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong focus on building customer relationships 1+ year of customer service experience Technical support experience preferred Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home A high school diploma or GED Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong problem-solving skills Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing High-speed internet and a smartphone Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES To excel in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to provide exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently Flexibility and adaptability in a remote work environment CAREER GROWTH AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
