Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Support / Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative, you'll provide exceptional customer experiences, resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, and maintain a broad knowledge of client products and/or services. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, have a strong focus on building customer relationships, and are eager to learn new technologies, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Be an amazing problem-solver Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred Offer additional products and/or services Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
