Job Summary The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative support to our store managers and teams, focusing on customer experience, store operations, and business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles, store operations, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Management: Assist in administering customer service standards, ensuring a positive and engaging store experience for customers. This includes: Staffing and scheduling Identifying and resolving stock discrepancies Managing customer complaints and concerns Supporting sales and service initiatives Store Operations: Assist in managing store operations, including: Front-end processes (sales, returns, and exchanges) Back-end processes (receiving, loading, and inventory management) Store hardware and system maintenance Day-to-day financial activities Business Growth and Analysis: Assist in driving business growth through analysis of sales trends, stock positioning, and marketing initiatives. This includes: Working with key stakeholders (store managers, field marketing, and MET teams) Designing and implementing stock positioning and merchandising strategies Supporting stock integrity through inventory management processes Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to store managers and teams, including: Communication and coordination with teams and stakeholders Document management and record-keeping Special projects and initiatives Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service, sales, or operations. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). Familiarity with inventory management systems and store operations software. Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, with a focus on customer satisfaction and store operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
