Responsibilities As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone in a timely and efficient manner. Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Utilizing strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to effectively manage client interactions and resolve issues. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care and professionalism. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent. Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position. A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work). Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software. Ability to keep sensitive information confidential. Preferred Qualifications: Multi-language capability (not required but an asset). Ability to work remotely in emergency situations.
