Responsibilities Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate information about products and services. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless follow-up and conversion of leads. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining meticulous records of interactions. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that all relevant details are communicated effectively. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not a strict requirement. Essential skills include: Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications with ease. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being beneficial in handling multiple chats simultaneously. Technical Requirements To work efficiently from home, you will need: Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development. A typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred, to manage multiple chats and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
