Job Overview We are seeking talented and motivated Customer Service Agents to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. You will be the face of our company, and your goal will be to deliver world-class service that exceeds our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to customers, including assisting with accounts, toll invoices, technical assistance, and DMV registration holds Quickly and accurately identify and assess individual customer needs and take appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs Project patience, empathy, caring, and sincerity in voice tone and words Establish rapport with customers over the phone and remain positive and upbeat while following client guidelines and all rules and regulations Communicate thoughts and information clearly and succinctly, and express unpleasant or negative information in a tactful manner Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with others and contribute as an effective team member Participate in special projects as required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Prior customer service experience, with high volume call center experience being a plus Professional verbal and written communication skills Outstanding attendance and work ethic Strong ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking Good typing and keyboarding skills (a test will be given) Ability and openness to work professionally with a diverse customer base Works well in a team setting Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a contact center or customer service environment Knowledge of customer service software and technology Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What We Offer arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) HSA/FSA plans Generous Paid Time Off package Optional Daily Pay EAP 401k after 90 days And much more! Compensation and Perks The pay for this role is $18.00 per hour, and you will have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including Monday-Friday 10:45 AM-7:15 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. You will also have one weekday off, which will be assigned based on staffing needs.
