Job Overview As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers via inbound calls. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their accounts, toll invoices, technical assistance, and DMV registration holds, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
