Key Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and complete information using the right tools and resources. Handle Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Build Customer Relationships: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Meet Performance Targets: Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction. Maintain Records: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow Communication Procedures: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions. Continuously Improve: Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards. Essential Qualifications and Skills Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. Customer Support Experience: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Multi-Tasking and Time Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage personal workflow. Technical Skills: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Remote Work Experience: Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is a plus.
