Job Summary In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our talent relations team, maintaining our talent database, and coordinating presents, research, assurance, purchasing, and fulfillment. You will also be required to maintain vendor libraries, status reports, and other internal records, as well as regulate talent relations financial arrangements, process p-card charges, and negotiate sales. Additionally, you will be expected to support talent-facing activities, such as advancing, brand, and special mission shoots, and other requests, including blithequark and Corporate events. Key Responsibilities Maintenance of our talent informational database in Flash Ability to coordinate presents, including research, assurance, purchasing, and fulfillment Maintenance of vendor library, status reports, and other internal records Regulation of talent relations financial arrangement, processing all p-card charges, and negotiating sales Distribution of many weeks' worth of distros to blithequark pioneers, including birthday celebrations, ship-off day, and upcoming events Supporting talent activities for advancing, brand, and special mission shoots, and other requests, such as blithequark and Corporate events Assisting with directing talent supports for asset opportunity for our VIP talent, such as dinners, Disney Parks excursions, games, and shows Creating lists of participants for premieres and special events, including supervising filler association and conceptualizing talent to invite E-vite distribution and managing the RSVP list Labeling and seating for premieres On-site support and leadership of GA and VIP enrollment Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 2+ years of work experience in talent relations or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional social skills Ability to be proactive, flexible, and reliable Ability to be organized, diligent, and prepared to simultaneously manage multiple tasks Ability to work a few nights and weekends, depending on the situation, to support events Experience with the entertainment industry, including buzz-worthy titles, emerging new talent, trends, etc. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: A bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Familiarity with talent relations software and systems Knowledge of event planning and management principles Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
