About the Role As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll address concerns, provide support, and resolve issues with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of healthcare products and/or services Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Maintain and update customer information as necessary Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services Provide professional and courteous support to customers, ensuring exceptional listening and comprehension skills Utilize strong computer navigational skills and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) to efficiently manage customer interactions Qualifications Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Customer service experience in healthcare or a related field is highly preferred Strong computer navigational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional listening and comprehension abilities Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-oriented approach Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare customer service or a related field Familiarity with healthcare products and services Certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or a related field Work Environment As a work-from-home representative, you'll need to: Work from a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file Have a reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable only; no satellite, dial-up, or wireless connections) Meet minimum internet speed requirements (10 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload) Use a computer and phone system provided by Blithequark (which may include a webcam) Physical Demands This role involves constant sedentary work, with minimal physical demands.
