We are now seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Customer Care Coordinator to join our team, working remotely to provide top-notch support to our Medicare customers. About the Role As an Associate Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the first line of communication with our customers, including existing and potential members, providers, internal departments, and employers. You will provide detailed benefit quotes, review eligibility and premium information, and assist members in selecting medical homes and primary care physicians. Your excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure will enable you to educate members and providers on the appropriate use of health plan and clinic services, research and respond to claims and authorization inquiries, and resolve customer issues and concerns. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a member of a service team that supports multiple regions, providing Health Plan customers with outstanding, seamless service in a call center-based team environment Provide detailed benefit quotes and review eligibility and premium information on a broad portfolio of products Assist members in selecting medical homes and primary care physicians Educate members and providers on the appropriate use of health plan and clinic services Research and respond to claims and authorization inquiries Maintain knowledge of complex custom networks Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Possess a calm demeanor and ability to remain focused, professional, and utilize training to direct callers in crisis Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Essential Qualifications: 2 years' experience working in a high-pressure customer-facing service environment with a proven track record of learning and applying complex concepts Experience may be inclusive of healthcare, banking, or retail customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving customer issues Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and respond to claims and authorization inquiries Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an office setting, preferably in a healthcare environment Call center customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving customer issues Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English Experience working with Medicare customers and providing support and education on health plan and clinic services What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: A competitive salary and bonus structure Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings plan with employer matching Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career growth and professional development A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration Our Culture and Values At blithequark, we are dedicated to creating a culture that is inclusive, supportive, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
