About the Role We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert support, and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers by answering inquiries about our services, providing submission processing information, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls via a multiline telephone system, providing prompt and professional support to customers Prepare and provide internal and external written correspondence via email, ensuring timely and effective communication Assist customers, dealers, and submission centers with their accounts and submissions, resolving issues and addressing concerns Answer customer inquiries about products and services offered, making recommendations to provide optimal product satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, submissions, and product information, ensuring data integrity and quality Collect customer feedback and analyze customer needs, making recommendations to management for potential products and/or services Prepare product and/or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information, providing valuable insights to drive business growth What Will Make You Successful To excel in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. We currently operate in the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TX, WA, WI. Please note that you must have a dedicated working space without distractions and stable internet connectivity with a minimum of 50 Mbps of bandwidth. Our Customer Service Center operates from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time), from Monday to Saturday. We are currently recruiting for the work shift from 11:15 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time).
