Job Summary As a Retail Cosmetics Counter Manager at Lancome, Fayette Mall, you'll oversee the operation and success of the Macy's fragrance counter. You'll be responsible for sharing your extensive product knowledge, developing and motivating a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals. You'll partner with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager and beauty vendors to execute company and store-based events to achieve sales goals.
