Key Responsibilities As a High Net Worth Director and Senior Tax Manager , you will play a critical role in our team, responsible for: Reviewing tax returns for C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, Fiduciaries, and Individuals Assisting in complex tax planning for closely-held businesses and individual clients Becoming an expert in niche industries and providing management advisory and consulting services Supervising, training, and evaluating other team members Structuring, overseeing, and collaborating with our leadership team on various engagements Leading client service teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services, and developing technical skills Communicating solutions to complex issues, requiring creativity, research, and comprehension of tax law and related implications Ideal Candidate Profile To succeed in this role, you should have: 8+ years of tax experience at a CPA firm CPA licensure Proficiency with Prosystems ProFx Tax, Caseware, and CCH Fixed Assets Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex tax issues to all levels of coworkers and clients Exemplary client rapport and project management skills Ability to handle multiple engagements and meet deadlines Willingness to train, evaluate, and mentor staff Collaborative nature to work alongside the management team on various engagements within our specialized industries Education Requirements We require a Bachelor's degree with coursework sufficient for CPA licensure.
