Job Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: Handling customer inquiries on various marketplaces using our ticket system in a timely and efficient manner. Answering customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported. Processing customer complaints, returns, and disputes efficiently and effectively, maintaining high customer satisfaction. Managing returns and ensuring timely resolution of issues, providing a seamless experience for our customers. Working efficiently and solution-oriented to maintain high customer satisfaction, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Demonstrating intercultural understanding to effectively address and resolve problems for our predominantly German customers, showcasing a deep appreciation for cultural differences. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: Proficiency in German at a C1 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), with excellent language skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on prioritization and time management. A high degree of intercultural sensitivity and understanding, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds and customer needs.
