About the Job As a remote customer service and payment collection representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections on their accounts. You will work closely with our management team to receive feedback, coaching, and guidance on how to continuously improve your performance. Your goal will be to provide knowledgeable and empathetic support to our customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. We utilize virtual team environments to keep our staff connected and engaged throughout the workday.
