About the Role In this exciting and challenging position, you will be part of the Go-to-Market Operations organization, providing insightful review, perspective, and direction on business strategy and operating performance. You will engage in mission-critical projects and work streams that impact multiple areas of arenaflex's business, partnering with counterparts embedded in business lines and executives across the organization. Your expertise will drive business strategy, bringing advertiser and industry intelligence to ads leaders across the Product, Marketing, and Global Business organizations. You will develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of internal customer, market, and industry data analysis and insights across a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop global activation strategies to increase awareness and actionability of customer and market insights in support of the Global Business Organization's growth drivers and business plan. Collaborate with Global Business, Marketing, and Product organizations to drive cross-functional sponsorship and alignment on activation plans and act as a subject matter expert of the ads industry. Communicate latest industry trends and customer insights to executives and key stakeholders, driving activation strategy development and execution. Create and deliver written communications and presentations tailored to audience levels in support of strategic recommendations and implementation considerations. Conduct analyses and research, both quantitative and qualitative, in support of strategic recommendations to increase activation of data and insights. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storylining at the project level. Ability to develop cross-functional relationships and influence partner teams, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment. 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting. Understanding of ads business across arenaflex's product suite. Ability to frame and solve ambiguous problems, driving impact on top strategic initiatives. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
