As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in collaborating with business partners to shape the analytics strategy, addressing business priorities through predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or metric analysis. You will own and manage an analytics workstream, leading other analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products. Your expertise in algorithms and predictive models will help advocate approaches, test hypotheses, detect patterns, and propose solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business partners to form the analytics strategy to address business priorities through predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or metric analysis as a thought leader Own and manage an analytics workstream, leading other analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products Use robust knowledge of algorithms and predictive models to advocate approaches, test hypotheses, detect patterns, and propose solutions Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to resolve multiple and/or complex business problems using advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses and in-depth knowledge of the business and/or industry Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to present and potential components of analytics results and solutions Utilize strong programming skills to explore, examine, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3+ years of applicable analytic experience Experience programming using R or Python Experience in SQL Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Data, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners Anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources Demonstrated skill ability in most areas of mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling and in-depth specialization in a few areas Master's degree or PhD preferred Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong programming skills in R, Python, or SQL Experience with data visualization tools and techniques Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
