At blithequark, the sky is the limit! **Your Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, and calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, and responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, and providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **We're Looking for Fearless People** We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
