As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. We're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills, so you can reach your full potential and achieve your career goals. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions, issues, and concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling when required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
