About the Role: Healthcare Customer Service Representative We're seeking a passionate and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, working remotely in Washington (except in Seattle). As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing them with peace of mind and exceptional service. Your goal will be to make every customer interaction a positive and memorable experience, showcasing your product knowledge, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
