Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and making recommendations to upgrade their health plans. You'll also conduct research, make outbound calls, and assist members with logging into and understanding their online health accounts. **A Typical Day in the Life** Here's a glimpse into what a typical day might look like for you: * Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to our customers' health plans * Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers to customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members * Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health accounts, locating doctor and facility information * Collaborate with your team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service **What You Bring to the Role** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 6 months or more of customer service experience * Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared) * High school diploma or equivalent * Computer experience * High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) * A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset of your own) * A smartphone or another device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in **What You Can Expect** As a member of the arenaflex team, you can expect: * Supportive career development and professional growth opportunities * An inclusive culture and community-minded organization where giving back is encouraged * A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values * A base wage range of $16 per hour, plus performance bonus opportunities * A healthy benefits package based on your position, including PTO, tuition reimbursement, health and wellness incentives **Visit our benefits page** to learn more about what we offer. **A Bit More About Your Role** We're committed to ensuring you have the skills and support to be successful in your role throughout your career.
