Key Responsibilities Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers on products and services as applicable. Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, ensuring seamless and accurate processing of customer requests. Demonstrate dependability and meet all attendance requirements, maintaining a high level of productivity and performance. Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated processes, ensuring that customers receive prompt and satisfactory solutions. Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers. Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision-making, ensuring that customer needs are prioritized while adhering to organizational guidelines. Compile and document customer information as required, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Embrace changes within the current business environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow. Essential Qualifications Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection (20 Mb/s download speed and 10 Mb/s upload speed) and no wireless access. Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers, particularly senior citizens. Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services. Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, with a strong work ethic and team-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems and technologies. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
