You will work closely with our revenue operations team, clinics, and insurance payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics. This is a remote opportunity, with on-site training in Federal Way, WA, followed by full remote work. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Performing duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage * Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics * Responding timely and accurately to payer communications * Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams * Partnering with clinics teammates, including Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information * Identifying process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School diploma or equivalent * A minimum of six (6) months of corporate office experience * Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required * Data entry experience, including filling out online forms * Savvy navigation skills through the internet and provider portals * Proper claim accounting knowledge is a plus * Medical billing or accounting experience is a plus **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
