Your mission will be to provide exceptional service, expert advice, and personalized support to customers interested in purchasing or selling high-end audio equipment. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving issues, and scheduling follow-up appointments with our HiFi Guides and HiFi Buyers. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers via live chat to qualify those interested in purchasing or selling audio equipment, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Gather relevant information to accurately diagnose customer issues and work towards effective solutions, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Provide expert guidance on product features, compatibility, and performance to help customers make informed decisions and find the perfect Hi-Fi solution. Address basic customer service inquiries, such as order status, return policies, and shipping information, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Schedule follow-up appointments with HiFi Guides or relevant team members for qualified customers to ensure timely and effective follow-up. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Sales experience - face-to-face and over phone/email - with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Understanding of and professional experience with high-performance, 2-channel audio systems, including knowledge of product features, compatibility, and performance. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Customer service / de-escalation skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems and live chat software. Ability to collaborate effectively with HiFi Guides and HiFi Buyers to ensure seamless customer experiences, demonstrating a strong team-oriented mindset.
