Key Responsibilities Manage a Portfolio of HOAs: Ensure client satisfaction and maintain effective communication across your portfolio of homeowners' associations. Prompt Communication: Address Board of Director inquiries on the same day and respond to homeowner calls and emails within 24 hours. Team Collaboration: Be available via Microsoft Teams chat during business hours for team member questions and urgent matters. Board Meetings: Attend evening Board Meetings as required, typically on a quarterly basis for most communities. Flexible Scheduling: Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs and workload demands. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you must possess: Active Florida CAM License: A current Florida Community Association Management license is mandatory. HOA Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with homeowners' associations in any capacity. Background Check: The ability to pass a background check is required. Reliable Vehicle and Insurance: A valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance are necessary. Preferred qualifications include: Vantaca Software Experience: Familiarity with Vantaca software is a plus, enhancing your ability to manage HOA portfolios efficiently. Florida HOA Management Experience: Previous experience managing Florida homeowners' associations can be beneficial.
