We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Home Health Sales Account Executive to join our collaborative team. Job Overview The Home Health Sales Account Executive is responsible for successfully marketing our home health services to doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and various communities and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with time in our office, offering flexibility and autonomy. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company financial and market share goals Identify and educate potential customers and referral sources about our healthcare services Establish trusted relationships with referral sources, including physicians, healthcare facilities, and community organizations Conduct in-services, presentations, educational luncheons, and host events to promote our services Prospect for new accounts and maintain current relationships, ensuring compliance with sales-related policies and procedures Collaborate with the Administrator and other team members to develop and implement marketing and sales activities Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including our QAPI program Maintain consistent attendance, submit credentials in a timely manner, and adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health or hospice Licensed clinical experience is preferred, but not required Established community relationships and connections in the healthcare industry Excellent people and relationship skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with referral sources, patients, and families Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with a self-starter mentality and enthusiastic approach Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and ability to travel to multiple job sites Strong critical thinking and strategic sales skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a home health or hospice setting Knowledge of standards of practice for home health services Experience with sales software and technology, including CRM systems Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, marketing, or business What We Offer Aveanna Healthcare offers a competitive salary, monthly commission plan, and a comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision benefits for employees working 30+ hours Tuition discounts and reimbursement PTO, sick time, and paid holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development A dynamic and supportive work environment Career Growth and Development At Aveanna Healthcare, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
