Available Roles and Position Details We have two primary roles available for Hungarian-speaking professionals: Customer Support Agent and Content Moderator. The key details of these positions are as follows: Roles: Customer Support Agent and Content Moderator Languages Required: Hungarian (C1+) and English (B1-B2) Locations: Bulgaria, Portugal, Greece, with the possibility of remote work options Contract Type: Permanent with full benefits, including comprehensive medical insurance Relocation Support: Provided, including flight and accommodation support in most locations to ensure a smooth transition Salary: Approximately 2000 euro/month, with bonuses available for outstanding performance Key Responsibilities As a Hungarian Content Moderator or Customer Support Agent at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: For Content Moderators: Reviewing and moderating online content to ensure it meets our clients' guidelines and standards Working collaboratively with the moderation team to achieve high-quality results Staying updated on client policies and guidelines to maintain consistency in moderation decisions For Customer Support Agents: Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues Utilizing problem-solving skills to address complex customer complaints and concerns Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in these roles, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Language Skills: Fluency in Hungarian (C1+) and a good command of English (B1-B2) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers or moderate content Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues or complex content moderation scenarios Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals Preferred qualifications include previous experience in customer support, content moderation, or a related field, as well as familiarity with CRM software or content moderation platforms.
