About the Role As an Identity and Access Management Developer at blithequark, you will be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our security and governance posture. You will work with international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your expertise in SailPoint implementation, IAM domain best practices, and design and maintenance knowledge will be essential in this role. You will design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ Implement SailPoint solutions with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements Utilize WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding Collaborate with international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape Troubleshoot and manage IAM solutions in an enterprise environment Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong exposure to general identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation. You should also have experience with trade deployment/release management experience and be proficient in Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server.
