Job Summary As an Implementation Specialist at Join, you'll be responsible for shepherding our newest customers through the critical onboarding process, ensuring they get the most out of our platform. You'll work closely with our Account Owners to understand customer needs, provide training and support, and drive adoption. Key Responsibilities Partner with Account Owners to understand customer organizational structures and build strong relationships with key stakeholders Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate new users and project teams on Join's features and best practices Provide real-time support and guidance to customers, troubleshooting technical issues and addressing concerns Develop and execute tailored implementation plans to meet customer needs, leveraging industry knowledge and Join's expertise Monitor user activity and drive customer usage, identifying opportunities to improve the implementation process Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales, product support, and product development, to ensure seamless customer onboarding Log issues, conversations, and follow-up actions in various applications to support superior customer service and future analytics Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A demonstrated track record of working across all levels of an enterprise business (administration through executive levels) 5 years of Commercial General Contractor (GC) experience or 3 years of GC experience with an undergraduate degree in construction 2 years of GC estimating or 3 years of 3rd party cost consulting experience 2-3 years of experience managing cost estimates and budget reconciliation processes across multiple phases of construction Experience with collaborative project delivery methods (TVD, IFOA, CM at Risk, Design Build) Experience managing software implementations, including onboarding training for individuals and mid-size groups Strong technical skills, with the ability to quickly understand technical challenges and provide real-time solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience with Hubspot (or a similar CRM) and Totango (or similar Customer Success platform) Familiarity with construction technology and its applications in the industry Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple client demands across different US time zones Skills and Competencies To excel as an Implementation Specialist at Join, you'll need: Executive Communication : Strong empathy for customers and other project stakeholders, with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate up, down, and across an organization Technical Expertise : Ability to quickly understand technical challenges, troubleshoot in real-time, and provide real-time solutions to customers Independent / Self-Starter : Self-motivated and driven individual skilled at planning your own work and project managing the implementation process with new customers Attention to Detail : Ensures consistency in customer implementation experience, while looking for opportunities to improve the implementation process Career Growth Opportunities At Join, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members. Work Environment and Company Culture Join is a remote-friendly company with a flexible, hybrid work arrangement. As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be expected to be available for real-time training and support Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm Central or Eastern Standard times. Domestic travel up to 25% may be required, depending on customer demands. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
