Key Responsibilities As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: Answering inbound customer calls in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. Determining customer concerns and scheduling necessary appointments to resolve issues efficiently. Communicating effectively with customers to leave them feeling comfortable and informed throughout the service process. Documenting and updating customer records accurately to maintain up-to-date information and ensure seamless service.
