Your Role in Our Mission We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Inbound Call Centre Agent and Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and providing support and guidance to our customers. You will be working from home, and we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Answering inbound and making outbound calls to new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support Giving every customer the best possible experience when they call in, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Dealing with vulnerable customers and answering all enquiries with care and sensitivity Entering accurate records of customer conversations into our customer platform, ensuring that all customer interactions are properly documented and updated Following processes and guidelines that fall in line with company and FCA regulations, ensuring that all customer interactions are compliant and meet the required standards Escalating customer issues to management when necessary, ensuring that all customer concerns are properly addressed and resolved Achieving personal and team targets in a contact centre environment, contributing to the overall success and performance of the team Staying up to date regarding our products, services, and policies, ensuring that you have the knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional customer service and support Maintaining accurate customer records in our customer relationship management system, ensuring that all customer information is up to date and accurate About You To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Proven experience working as part of a team in a contact centre environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks and responsibilities Efficient administrative skills, with the ability to accurately document and update customer interactions and records Competent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, with the ability to use our customer platform and other systems and tools A proactive attitude and enthusiastic approach, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support At least 1 year of experience in a contact centre environment, with a strong understanding of the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this type of role Essential Qualifications In addition to the skills and experience outlined above, you will need to have: A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a contact centre environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues The ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and support A strong commitment to our values and mission, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications outlined above, we are looking for candidates who have: Experience working in a financial services or wellbeing environment, with a strong understanding of the products and services we offer A qualification in customer service or a related field, such as a diploma or certificate in customer service or contact centre management Experience working with customer relationship management systems and other software and tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, and we offer a range of opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
