About the Role As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first line of contact for customers who are seeking help with their missing pets. You will be responsible for providing a positive and reassuring experience for our customers, many of whom may be panicked or distressed. Your goal will be to listen attentively to their concerns, provide empathetic support, and work collaboratively with our team to reunite pets with their owners.
