Our company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary starting at $15.50 per hour, with a monthly bonus program offering potential unlimited earnings Opportunity for remote work after successful completion of in-office training and meeting management expectations Comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off and paid holidays Employee recognition program and bonus/incentive opportunities Job Responsibilities As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Serving as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Collecting and inputting patient data into the e-Intake system with accuracy and attention to detail Verifying product and service details according to regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance and quality Providing basic technical assistance and education regarding CPAP equipment to patients and caregivers Managing high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake processes, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and productivity Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent 1 to 3 years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment, preferably in customer service or a related field Strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and internet skills, along with passing a typing test to ensure data entry accuracy Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (when applicable) Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: Experience in the medical field, particularly in administrative record management or customer service Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME), including products and services Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies, including Medicare and Medicaid Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Proficient in medical terminology, with the ability to understand and communicate complex medical concepts Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and concerns Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of inbound phone calls and multiple priorities Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately collect and input patient data into the e-Intake system Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and productivity, while working in a team-oriented environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At our company, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
