Key Responsibilities Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective way. Focusing on customer retention, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing personalized solutions to meet customer needs. Providing customers with accurate information about our organization's service standards, policies, and procedures. Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. Following up on complicated customer calls, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction. Completing call notes and call reports, updating customer information in our CRM system, and maintaining accurate records. Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Bilingual skills are a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak multiple languages. Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with proper grammar and a professional tone. Excellent computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and applications. Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and present findings. Able to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, remaining composed under pressure and providing solutions-focused support. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a remote customer service environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
