Transportation Fleet by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. You'll work closely with managers to outline and prioritize business needs, integrate data from multiple sources, and build and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets. Transportation Fleet by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity * Consult and communicate with managers to outline and prioritize business needs * Integrate data from multiple sources across various database platforms * Build, create, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets * Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions * Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives **Job Requirements** * Previous experience as a Data Analyst is preferred * Previous experience with Microsoft Excel is required * Proficiency with Microsoft Access is preferred * Typing and 10-key competencies are preferred * Must pass a Background Check * Must pass a Drug Test **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in data analysis, logistics, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in data analysis, logistics, or a related field * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics software * Certification in data analysis or logistics is a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
