**Experienced Information Investigator – Advanced Data Analysis and Business Insights for blithequark's Direct-to-Consumer Business**

We're now seeking an experienced Information Investigator to join our Pack Trial and Error and Examination group, playing a critical role in supporting the Disney Pack and driving business growth. About the Role Our team utilizes data, statistical modeling, experimentation frameworks, and various tools to help our business clients make informed, data-driven decisions. We're looking for someone who has a passion for using large datasets to tackle complex business challenges. As an Information Investigator, you'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Data Engineering, and other teams to not only provide high-visibility insights on Pack development but also become a trusted thought partner, helping to shape business strategy. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with business leaders to identify the most pressing business challenges on Pack patterns and drivers, and develop insightful solutions to address these questions * Help create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have a steady stream of Pack intel * Perform comprehensive pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every possible angle * Define and investigate audience segments to drive Pack growth * Work with other Examination groups to understand and leverage all relevant Pack data from various sources, integrating insights into a cohesive, meaningful story * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that data-driven insights inform business decisions Essential Capabilities * Four-year college degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field of study, along with relevant work experience * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL * Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to direct and strategic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques * Skill in managing large datasets, interpreting data patterns, and utilizing a multitude of different data sources and tools * Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc. * Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable proposals * Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data * Familiarity with creating, executing, and analyzing complex A/B/MVT test builds Preferred Capabilities * Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services * Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing space * Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes * Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
