Key Responsibilities Assist current customers with payments, questions, and service, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and support. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification, and other service-related tasks. Quote new policies, submit applications, and assist our sales staff as needed, contributing to the growth and success of our agency. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, products, and services, applying this knowledge to provide informed guidance and support to our clients. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: A Property & Casualty license is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow. 1-2 years of office experience is preferred, but not required, as we prioritize attitude, aptitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior are essential, as you will be working with sensitive client information and representing our agency in a professional manner.
