About the Role This position is part of the Frankfurt Airport Customer Services Group, supporting a team of Lead Specialists in delivering a safe and high-quality airport experience to our clients. You will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of customer support and security and to work seamlessly across all functions in both areas. On a daily basis, you will report into and take guidance from the Lead Specialists in customer support and security. As an Integrated Customer Services Agent, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Provide consistently high-quality customer care and ensure a seamless experience at all contact points Perform a range of airport-related duties and be prepared to assist in the daily operation in any way required in the following areas: Check-in and Security, Gates, Transfer, Arrival (where applicable) Perform all security functions where passenger contact is involved, such as checking passengers' documents and screening passengers at check-in and at the flight gate (where applicable) Search and surveillance of all areas of operation and passengers as well as accompanying passengers Work closely with and take directions from the Lead Specialists responsible for the flight/workspaces/shift Lead relevant administrative tasks, such as pre-flight and post-flight departure Represent blithequark by adhering to the uniform standards and by adopting a customer-centered approach at all times Promote and sell blithequark services and products to our clients Participate in and complete all mandatory training by given deadlines Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times Complete any other reasonable duties consistent with the post Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's Degree Excellent communication skills A solution-oriented approach Ability to resolve conflicts within time constraints and without losing control Ability to handle pressure personally and work with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and enjoy face-to-face contact with clients Be a representative of the company at all times Have a well-groomed appearance and adhere to the uniform standards at all times Be willing and able to work in a shift environment (including weekends, bank and public holidays) Be reliable and dependable Comply with all blithequark policies and procedures Ability to communicate both written and verbally in English and German Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following are preferred: Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email Saber/Qik or other reservation system skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
