Troubleshoot complex application, hardware, and network issues, and resolve escalated help desk tickets in a timely and effective manner. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science or IT-related field. 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Community environment. MS certifications like MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP. Broad knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units, including Moto MC9190, VC6090, and WT41N0. Expertise in areas of IT, such as Microsoft Organization, Mobile Device Management, and RF Technologies. Advanced troubleshooting skills in a multi-user, high-pressure environment. Broad knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Data Cabling/PC Facilities maintenance. Proven success in leading IT Support teams. Demonstrated skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and disposal. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, both face-to-face and through phone/radio. Experience managing vendor contracts, relationships, and service outages. Cisco CCNA certification. Working knowledge of SOTI MobiControl device management.
