Key Responsibilities Lead production support activities for a group of data analysis products used to support internal bank operations, ensuring seamless functionality and high-quality performance. Act as a key member in the identification and resolution of production incidents affecting the client data analysis platform, leveraging technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Analyze complex technical operations challenges within a big data environment, requiring in-depth assessment and creative problem-solving skills. Conduct research and create reports related to ongoing production moves, presenting findings to internal stakeholders and contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.
