Job Overview In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving the development and execution of our digital product strategy, aligned with the company's business goals and customer needs. You will lead a team of product managers and cross-functional groups to drive product innovation and successful product launches. Your expertise in product development, market research, and analysis will be essential in identifying opportunities for product upgrades and improvements. You will also collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including technology teams, marketing teams, and business leaders, to align product development with broader business strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall digital product strategy, aligned with the company's business goals and customer needs Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget Lead and manage a team of product managers and cross-functional groups to drive product innovation and successful product launches Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product upgrades and improvements Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including technology teams, marketing teams, and business leaders, to align product development with broader business strategies Ensure that digital products provide an exceptional user experience and are user-friendly, intuitive, and accessible to all customers Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital products and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement Ensure that digital products adhere to all relevant policies and compliance requirements within the healthcare industry Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: 3 years of experience in developing, programming, improving, optimizing, and automating business processes 3 years of experience in developing, programming, enhancing, and optimizing an MRM platform, with at least 2+ years of experience in Workfront Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS degree + 3 years of applicable experience) required Advanced developer skills on the Workfront platform Experience in identifying and developing KPIs with reporting to democratize information Strong project/program management, interpersonal, communication, influencing, documentation, and negotiation skills Desired Qualifications The following qualifications are desirable but not essential: Non-stop development experience with a focus on operational efficiencies and process Familiarity with marketing and advertising technology platforms in the marketing ops area Advanced ability to design and feature an impact at all levels of the organization Targeted on professional development and growth Superior skill with Microsoft Office, such as Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Workfront Center Developer, Adobe Certified Professional – Adobe Workfront Center Developer, Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Workfront Fusion Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality products and services Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits Professional development programs and training opportunities Mentorship and coaching from experienced leaders Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and initiatives Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Access to industry-leading technology and tools Work Environment and Company Culture Aetna is a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
