Job Overview This role involves designing and developing learning programs that have a direct impact on the performance and success of our investigators. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging e-learning content, managing curriculum maintenance and implementation cycles, mentoring new team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content. Your expertise in instructional design, project management, and stakeholder management will be essential in driving the continuous improvement of our learning experiences and ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of our business. Key Responsibilities Create engaging e-learning content using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools to support on-the-job performance improvement Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure that our learning content remains relevant and effective Mentor or coach new Learning Experience Designers (LXDs) and apprentices on design and processes to support their growth and development Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem, ensuring that our learning experiences meet the needs of our stakeholders Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials and enhance the efficiency of our learning design process Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently, ensuring that our learning experiences are delivered on time and to a high standard Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience Lead efforts to drive continuous performance improvement from those insights, using data and metrics to inform our learning design decisions and optimize our learning experiences Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams, including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content that meets the needs of our business About the Team The WW Customer Trust Training Learning Experience Design (LXD) team at arenaflex is a dynamic and collaborative team comprising LXDs, Project/Program Managers, and Managers. Our primary responsibility is to create great learning experiences for associates and investigators, providing them with the resources they need to effectively do their job. We achieve this through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and by measuring the learner experience through customer feedback and curriculum evaluation.
