Key Responsibilities Lead task groups and collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve labor force activities and concerns Perform data gathering tasks, analyze data, and develop solutions to drive business performance Produce reports and presentations for teams and leadership to review and action Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders, and provide coaching and guidance to support performance improvement Essential Qualifications The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related role. Store insight and/or ASDS experience is highly desirable, as is experience driving high-performing teams, consulting, and project management. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, including statistics and data analysis, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
