Key Responsibilities Assist customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive support experience Handle billing and account-related queries, including processing payments, modifying plans and add-ons, and updating account information Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Manage 2-3 concurrent live chats, prioritizing and responding to customer inquiries in a efficient and effective manner Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience Utilize help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk to manage customer interactions and resolve issues Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Essential Qualifications Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent live chats Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting customers using WordPress Familiarity with technical support concepts and principles Previous experience working in a remote team environment Certification in customer support or a related field Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive and can-do approach to work, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Continuous learning and self-improvement, with a desire to grow into technical support roles Strong technical skills, including proficiency in help desk tools and software applications Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
