Job Overview We're seeking highly skilled and experienced Live Chat and Email Support Agents to join our team of customer service professionals. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming chats from multiple client websites, providing a seamless and personalized experience for every visitor, and driving sales conversion through world-class customer service. Your primary mission will be to navigate website visitors through the online shopping process, address post-order queries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. The average waiting time to be assigned is between 2-8 weeks, depending on our service requirements. As a full-time employee, you'll start with a schedule of 20-30 hours per week, gradually increasing to 40-45 hours per week as you learn the process and depending on business requirements. This project-based job is coterminous with the client contract, and agents with good track records may be transferred to other accounts or projects.
