Work Experience and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: At least two years of customer service experience for English-speaking businesses, clients, or customers, preferably in e-commerce or a similar industry. A robust background in e-commerce or retail customer service, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. A sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Experience in social media management is a plus, as you will be interacting with customers across multiple channels. At least six months of work-from-home experience is desirable, as you will be working remotely and must be self-motivated and disciplined.
