This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with customer service skills, working closely with our utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs. Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including: Collaborating with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs, leveraging your understanding of voice of the customer methods to inform data transformation within our cornerstone large data platform. Designing and building robust records model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels. Utilizing big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions, leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions. Providing guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems, with a focus on powering consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, and testing and builds automation tools. Proactively identifying and automating manual tasks to improve productivity and efficiency, working closely with partners from various teams to prioritize, define, increase, and test statistics for various use cases as part of our VOC end-to-end strategy. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables. Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups. Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles, with excellent typing speed and accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems, with flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively. Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to identify trends and insights to inform business decisions. Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, with experience working in an agile environment.
